Maaliyad is run by Maaliyad. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash, never readable), language choice.
• Your money records: the accounts, income, expenses, debts and contacts you type in.
• Payment requests: the plan you chose, the phone number you paid from, the email for receipts, and the transaction ID we confirmed.
• Security logs: sign-in times, IP addresses and important actions, kept to protect your account.

How we use it

Only to run Maaliyad for you: to show your records, send account and payment emails, check payments and keep the service safe. We do not sell your data and we do not use your money records for advertising.

Who can see your records

Only you, and the staff you add to your business (with the permissions you give them). Our admins see account and billing details to support you, not the content of your cash book.

Where it is kept

On our hosting provider's servers, protected with HTTPS, and backed up regularly. Card numbers and mobile-money PINs are never asked for or stored.

Your choices

You can download your records (CSV) from Reports, correct your details in Settings, and ask us to delete your account by writing to ahmed2cabdalla@gmail.com. Some billing records may be kept as long as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email.
