Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Subscription → Cancel plan. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Changed your mind? Click Keep my plan before the period ends.

What happens to your records

Nothing is deleted. You keep seeing all your records. Features and limits return to the Free plan's. Business workspaces your plan no longer covers become read-only until you renew. You can still download your records as CSV.

Refunds

Because plans start as soon as payment is confirmed, payments are generally not refunded for the time already used. If you were charged by mistake (for example, you paid twice), write to ahmed2cabdalla@gmail.com with your receipt number and transaction ID and we will check and correct it.

Switching plans

Renewing the same plan early adds the new time on top of what is left. Choosing a different plan starts it when the payment is confirmed; remaining time on the old plan is not carried over (the checkout page tells you this before you pay).
